Two things:
1. Brayden is NOT sleeping through the night. He is waking continually being whiny. We go in, put in the pacifier, and wait, but then he is whiny again in a few minutes. This lasts all night long. It is gettting tiring. We have tried feeding, but the doctor says we can't feed him every night because he will get used to this. Any ideas???
2. Brayden HATES the cereal. We have put fruit in it to help with the taste, but it didn't seem to help yesterday. Any ideas??
Brayden went back to the sitter today. I miss him.

We have all had these feelings. You are NOT alone!
1. Ivy did the cry for the paci thing at about 6 months. It took about 2 nights for her to learn to go to sleep without it. It is hard to hear them cry but in the end you get rest and they are better sleepers. Wait til a weekend when you can rest when he naps the next day. Now that she is older she can get the paci by herself when it falls out at night.
2. Don't worry about the cereal just yet. He is only 4 months old and he is getting good nurtrition from the formula. Just keep exposing him to the new texture. Have you tried the baby oatmeal?
*I have been thinking about you back at work today. Brayden misses you and loves you and can't wait to see you in a few hours!!
Don't stress! It happens to everyone. Ella hated rice cereal and did oatmeal with fruit in it. Some babies never like it. And, like Sarah said, he is getting his nutrition from the formula and the cereal is just preparation for food later on. I'm not one to ask about sleep advice because has always slept great... in my bed (hahaha)!
I have no advice to give, but I thought about you several times today while I was at work. Hope today went OK for you. I'm sure it had to be tough!
